Hello,today I'm going to tell you how to EV[Effort values] train your Pokemon in HP. I'm
training my Snorlax in HP,I use it in Wi-Fi battles sometimes,so It's pretty useful. I
recommend going to Bell Tower,if you aren't that far yet. There should be a bunch in wild
grass.
I also recommend buying a Power Weight from the Battle Frontier,it speeds it up. AGAIN,if
you're not that far. It will take longer to EV. Or,get a Pokemon with Pokerus,It's a type
of pokemon ''disease'' that speeds EV training up.
