HM05 Flash (HEEELP???)

I forgot where you get the HM05 Flash. Where do you get it? I even asked my "expert" in Pokemon. Please answer A.S.A.P.!!!

HM05 Flash location

first, you have to have the Pokemon that knows CUT, then you go through Diglett's Cave and
use HM01(cut) on the closest tree(I think, I haven't done this for a LONG time) and go to
the building and talk to Professor Oak's Aide (***uming you've already caught 10 types of
Pokemon)and go back through Diglett's Cave, teach it to one of your Pokemon, and you can
go through Rock Tunnel.
