i have to say cresselia, because look at the stats, its best stat is sp. def AND its still low

i would say manapy cause its stats suck

i think its manaphy too, but at least hes cute

i think it's one of the three trios (zapdos Moltres articuno), (entei, suicune, raikou) or ( regice, registeel, regirock)
