secret missions


HELP!!! I'm activating the secret mission codes, and the mission is on the job list, I've BEATEN THE ENTIRE GAME, but when I try take the job, it says I can't handle the mission!!! Do I need to be a certain level?!?!?! Do I need the Secret Stoneplate/ Enigma Part?!.. HELP ME!!! !!!
