I never got Mewtwo... Not even in my Japanese version... but I got all it's items... so I
think it's possible... but IDK <_>

and RARELY legendaries will appear in dungeons (such as mewtwo and darkrai and deoxys)

Mewtwo... I dunno about Time version though, what I do know is Celebi is 100% in EoT's
(Note: EoT stands for Explorers of Time) Mystifying Forest. Darkrai is also in Mystifying
Forest at floor 13, Deoxys is Shimmer Hill's floor 17, they will appear if you have the
right item, but I don't think Mewtwo is an option in Explorers of Time. (Unless, of
course, you trade teams.)

I beat it with no reviver seeds or nything

Recruit manaphy, a few days later he shows you a dungeon,theres only 19 floors in it.Once
you get past that dungeon, you'll be able to evolve (as long as you've recruited Palkia)

I heard going to dark crater after beating darkrai will give you a chance to recrute
mewtwo. only in darkness

Mewtwo, just trade teams for it.
