First beat the game make sure you reciut a Slamace or a flying type pokemon then beat rayqauza then after you wake up the next morning alot of blah blah talk will be going on then after that, also make sure you have a friend bow bring your strongest pokemon! Noledgendaireis!!!! Also once youi get to the save point dissmiss the pokemon that used fly to get you thier after that get your friend bow out eqiup it to your leader! Then save go all the way up to the summit beat Rayqauza! If he does not join. Turn the power of you will be back at the save point keep doing that and soon he will be yours!!!

To gain the ability to evolve your pokemon you must beat Rayquazza. After you have beaten Rayquazza and the credits have rolled, you will gain access to Luminous Cave which is found at Whiscash Pond just north of the Pokemon Square. There will be a commotion in Pokemon Square prompting you to go there and learn about evolution. Then the next time you try to leave and go on any mission, your partner will stop you and tell you how to change leaders and travel using just one pokemon. Enter Luminous Cave with just the pokemon that you wish to evolve. The pokemon that you are evolving must meet the required level for evolution and in some cases might need an item such as a moon stone or sun stone. A link cable can also be used. To check if your pokemon is capable of evolution, check it's summary page and under evolution it will be Possible, Not Now, or Not Anymore.

Here is a great way to finish stormy sea and buried relic with X-ray specs.

Stormy Sea:Head to rooms with enemys in them. Note: If you see an enemy appear randomly, head to that room!

Buried Relic: Head to rooms with items in them.

To get legendaries on the first try in Dungeons, they will need to have a positive-numbered get-rate (check Serebii.net for the get rates). Have a lv80+ pokemon and a friend bow and throw a gummi matching that pokemon's type to them, then KO them. I know this definately works for Lugia and Kyogre, and maybe Ho-Oh and Mewtwo too.

To get Deoxes, You need to have provented the Medeors colision. Xato will eventually appear in front of your base with Blastrose(you need a high rescue rank). Blastose will say that he went into an unknown dungon and there are horible creachers in there(there are 1 on each floor and the are 1 of Deoxes's 4 forms). Xato will call it medeor cave. It is 20 floors long and Deoxes is on the 20th. You catch Deoxes in its normal form, but it changes forms on different forms on different floors. When it is not in a dungon, it is always normal form.

P.S. For the dungon it is easyer if you hare X-Ray Specs.

Grab an Eevee at the Joyous Tower (floor 12 to 17). Increase its IQ to four stars with white and orange gummies (check Mount Steel for these items). Once you do that, use the lunar or sun ribbon on this guy in the Evolve Cave.

The lunar ribbon is in Northwind Field, floor 20. You will need the associated key to this dungeon to access the item.

The sun ribbon is in Wavern Hill. You will need an associated key for this item.

Well anyways Here is how you get HM fly: Go to "Wyvern Hill" With a key and you must be able to walk on water.Once you get to the 30th floor there should be a door.Unlock it with your key and walk over the water and you should see an item.Pick it up and it'll say its a HM fly.
