But my only question is what lvl were you beause im stuck on sky tower at lvl 25 and cant even get past floor 11. Oh yea and im just wondreing what floor is rayquaza on But I must say this secret is helpful.

i beat rayquaza at lvl 29 all i did is take tons of reviver seeds and oran berries then i teached absol the move torment(if you use it on a pokemon the enemy pokemon cant use its previous move for the rest of the battle) i put my pokemon in an L absol first mudkip second and treecko third let rayquaze use its strongest moves on absol then make absol us torment and bam no more moves then just take him out
