Roselia, because of her gr*** type moves and her poisen move make a good combination agenst a water type.Manectric because electric moves are super efective agents a water pokemon.You can find roselia at uproar forest 4F-7F. Takukat 43	0 Actually... I beat Kyogre in 2 shots of Shock Wave with my starter Pokemon Pikachu. If you want to defeat him, just use an electric type and blast em with that move XD Make sure you're like level 30 though and you have a team with you that can help get you up to level 98 then send em back.
