Get Munchlax (best answer)
Did you see munchlax yet or get lucario?
When you get the rank you need to befriend all the legendaries and then a few mornings
later team Lucario will be in the Pokemon square the leader will ask you for help say yes
then help if you do succeed then the leader will ask for a battle Lucario is level 100
when you vs him so it will be hard if your not ready
If you beat him he will ask if he can join your rescue team say yes
The next morning check your friends it's easier in alphabetical just press select Lucario
should be there check him out he will be level 100
