I'm not sure if that's possible at that point in the game, though.

If possible, try to teach one of your Pokémon a move that's super effective against
Moltres. Then, you should probably defeat a couple wild Pokémon until you get to... Oh,
about level 25. Just to be safe. Also, try to store up on some good items. Those always
help.

Moltres is just one of those bosses you'll be temporarily stuck on. Try to use moves that
do 50 damage. If a move does less than 45 damage, try blast seeds. Try to protect treeko
(oran berries if needed.) Peck is a move you want to avoid, as it has a good hit on treeko
and can be strong enough to OHKO. Train to level 25. It'll be hard, but try and get an
ELECTRIC TM.


If that doesn;t work, just train some more.

Items:1-3 retriever seeds, escape orb, 1-5 oran berries and rawst berries [1-5]!
