first get an x ray specs on your pokemon then bring friend bow and 2 reviver seeds since their are no food items in meteor cave then kill deoxys clones on each floor then when your on the 29 floor swap x ray specs for friend bow then fight deoxys. i think his recruitment chance is 35% sowith the fried bow its 45% he may not join so keep on doing it
