Walkthroughs - Get to Stormy Sea

 To get to Stormy Sea, first you have to beat the story mode game. Then go to the Bulliten
board at the Pelliper Post office. There should be one that says a Smeargle doesn't want
to be a adult. Beat the mission and talk o Lombre. Then go talk to Wishcast at Whishcast
pond. He'll give you the HM Dive so you can go to Stormy Sea. There, you can battle
Kyogre. Your pokemon either has to know our hold the item.
