You will first wake up to find your new partner. 
You go off in TINY WOODS to find Catapee!
Beat that location, and go to sleep that day. 
Wake up and go outside.
Check the mailbox and find your MAGNEMITE letter. 
Read it, and go off to beat THUNDERWAVE CAVE.
Go to sleep the next night, and in your dream, you will see an earthquake.
Go outside, and a Dugtrio rush to you and complain about Diglett!
Beat MT.STEEL and Skarmory, and save Diglett.
(Magnemite will help you get to diglett who is on the other side of the cliff!)
Go home and get rest.
Wake up and go to Wigglytuff club in town square.
Magnemite comes up and becomes your friend!
Next day, you will get yet another complaint about a friend!
Beat SINISTER WOODS and Gangar.
When you wake up the next morning, claim your 5th complaint and beat SILENT CHASM.
You will recieve information from Zapdos (Boss of MT.THUNDER) to scale MT.THUNDER to
rescue shifty.
Beat MT.THUNDER ...(warning, lots of poisoning)... and Zapdos.
Next, You must beat GREAT CANYON, and recieve information from Xatu.
Become a fugitive and Alakazam warns you that you must leave soon or else.
Your friends, Pelipper, Catapee, Metapod, Diglett, and some others, say bye to you.
You leave.
Beat LAPIS CAVE (dont go through rock path!)
Beat MT.BLAZE (dont go through rock path!)
Beat FROSTY FOREST (dont go through snow path!)
Claim your friend Absol (you have to!)
Beat MT.FREEZE.
Return home.
Talk to everyone.
When you're ready, beat MAGMA CAVERN.(roughly 30 floors!)
Then beat (shock, horror!) SKY TOWER! (roughly 40 floors!)
IN SKY TOWER, YOU MUST BEAT.... RAYQUAZA!

then you complete the game, credits roll, narration comes up, then you return to the
land,where everyone looks at you, then 3secs later, you partner does.<table
