U have recruited Palkia AND Dialga then go to The Luminous Spring and u can now Evolve

where do u get palkia and how do u get past that cave wid team charm in there ?

some pokemon can't evolve with out items.

example

magmar+item+lumsuas sprang=magmorter

feeb***+lumsuas spring=milotic

Defeat Wigglytuff then go Luminous Spring but your partner and yourself cannot evolve

finish the stroy recruite dialga bad palkia and have to be the level to evolve.

you have to get palkia and dialga in yourr team i dont know how or where to recruit them
but best way is to go to upoke center and make wonder mail where da reward is having the
client join your team (just make clients plakia and dialg)and then go back to luminous
spring o and bye da way dont critisize me cause i vry bad speller

srry i found u cant use upokecenter but u need palkia and dialga and if it certain pokemon
like pickachu u may need dem to hold item
pikachu need thunderstone skitty need moonstone and so on but u get wat i mean as for da
wearabouts of dialga and palkia u may need to ask them srry

idk if u need them pokemon it is just guess
