when in the main menu click on wonder mail, then click receive wonder mail, and then click password

My game was deleted T.T now i'm at fogbound lake
used to be lv 46 pikachu and lv 45 riolu & secret rank*
now lv 10 pikachu and 10 riolu silver rank
