I wouldn't have vulpix, but I would have Riolu. My team is Riolu as leader and Shinx as
partner. My selection of Riolu being leader was based on his type when he evolves
(fighting, Steel) and on his attack and Spec Attack. Combine this with move aura sphere
which never misses, andyou have a great starter. My selection of Shinx, is based on his
final evolution Luxray. Luxray is a decent pokemon which in ends up with higher stats then
Ninetales due to bing a third evolution. But if you don't like Shinx, I would go Eevee.
This will give you a wide variety of final types to choose from. If not Eevee, then
Vulpix.

i have a great way for you to get your partner pokemons lvl up easy. ok what you have to
do first is get your pokemon to waterfall cave then go to google then type in wondermail
generater then go to the newer version of it and put in your client and the other pokemon
and put in recieve item and money make the item a golden seed it lvls your pokemon up by
lvl 5 and trust me i have a lvl95 piplup and a lvl45 cyndiquil and im at not even halfway
and i got it from this cheat trust me itll work ive done it many times and make 8 missions

If I were to choose riolu (which I would} I'd choose charmande as a partner because when
they both evolve, it's always good to have your partner have a type advantage against you.
also Charizard is 2 types so he can learn more. This is just my choice personally.

riolu awesome when it evolves but let me see to evolve YOU HAVE TO BEAT DARKRAI which is
at the end of the game and extremly hard. what im trying to say is riolu is lame it has no
good moves until it evolves so what im trying to say is DONT GET RIOLU btw my team is lvl
31 cyndaquil (just learnt lava plume)[lava plume,flame wheel,wide

im on chapter 15 where your pokemon come back from future and try hiding from everyone
although they decide to reveal themselves and search for the hidden land meanwhile grovyle
comfortly gets the time gears

how did you get there so fast im at the first expediton and it took me 2weeks to get there

if uve played explorers of time and darkness then take ur past experince from that and try
ansering ur questions from ur experience from time and darkness.

i've beat dialga and im half way through the sky peak with shaymin its quite easy but im
dreading the darkrai part he is so strong

if u get a cynadaquil or charmander like me it will have learnt smokscreen DO NOT DELETE
THAT MOVE its the key to defeat strong pokemon and bosses

I picked eevee as my starter and riolu as my partner. This gives me a MASSIVE disadvantage
through-out most of the game. Why would I do this? Because its stupidly challenging, and
requires me to constantly train and level up.

That and I really want a Dark type and a Fighting/Steel type later on. Dark, Fighting,
Psychic, and Ghost could be the most annoying team combination ever.

Riolu would be better of as a partner. Trust me using the Spinda juice bar helps. Use a
gummi of any type and give it to Riolu(if a partner). He will soon have stats almost 57 or
higher at 33 which is good. Teach him force palm and you'll be set for Darkria(Dark type
duh). Almost anything else will go with Riolu. Smocksreen is ok till a point.

How do you get past the old runes at the hiddind land.

I have riolu and vulpix (team Flame Aura) but i think most people would choose them so its
not copying in my opinion.

If ur Riolu you should pick a water type since Riolu(being half steel) is bad against fire
types. when you see a fire type just switch. I recomend mudkip. I was a mudkip in darkness
and I must say mudkip rox. being half ground he can learn all sorts of moves to kill the
eluctric types.

Phanpy works to. Lucario being half steel is weak to fire so ground will work well.
Lucario can apparently learn Water Pulse wich works for ground andd fire.

My team is Riolu (leader) and Pikachu (partner) i had doubts with Pika and Shinx who do
you think is better?

Mudkip is good i would go with Chimchar i had Chimchar as a partner in darknes and he did
well he helped me beat (almost primal) Dialga in temporal tower.

Have Mudkip or Cyndequil!!! Mudkip is part ground and Cyndequil learns awsome moves. You
might want Riolu or Treecko. Mayby even Charmander.

I actually have Riolu and Vulpix and they don't ***. I love having Vulpix use Imprison
(which is much better than in the normal pokemon games) on bosses while riolu is charging
Focus Punch. Imprison prevents them from moving or attacking, making them a sitting duck
for FP. Lol, Riolu using Focus Punch is really crazy; I once did 700+ damage in one shot;
and on a pokemon maybe 5 levels weaker than Riolu. Vulpix may not be really powerful, but
she has a bunch of good support moves.
my Riolu: Copycat, Wide Slash, Reversal, Focus Punch
Vulpix: Flamethrower, Imprison, Quick Attack, Safeguard(swap for somethin like fire spin
or extrasensory)
Another thing I like about Vulpix is that she learns all her moves before she evolves and
only gains better stats after evolution, which I'm not holding my breath for.

Beat the game in 3 days with Riolu and Vulpix, I was impatient with Vulpix's lame stat
growth ( after lvl 40..)and I knew would take forever to find a firestone and get her
evolved so I restart it. I wanted to get Charmander and Riolu but I ended getting it
vice-versa AFTER 20 tries.. -_-

Charmander -> Charizard, Fire/Flying
Riolu -> Lucario, Fight/Steel

i am a level 19 riolu and a level 19 pikachu and i beat the game in 2 days

Mudkip is amazing because he"s water and can take the seperate paths of water while only
not being able to go on the uncommon lava

Charmandar makes a great partner because with mudkip going to be swampert with ground
there is charmander going to be charizard with fly

fly fire is complete opposite of water ground witch is what you want

If you use the tm focus punch you will beat drakrai and have to beat the monster house
wild your at it but it's like a one hit kill with focus punch that is if you find it

My partner is vulpix. my hero is eevee. This is going to be a struggle - but if I've
completed Time and Darkness with pikachu and charmander - then I can do it again with
Eevee and Vulpix.
