The region i'm in is the united states. I haven't gotten a treasure memo in my story mode
yet and i have one spot yet on my job list. Each mission gets me closer to guildmaster

You got to finish story then ever single day you should treasure town and look for a Mr.mimi, talk to him and finish the new area.
