As the other person said, you cannot receive a female riolu. Look if you really want a
riolu that badly, it does not have to be a female. Male or female, there is no difference.
So just have fun with a male riolu. I wanted to be a riolu, but i ended up as a skitty(i
didnt care if i was a skitty, my partners riolu). If i were you, i would not care if my
character is a male. Got a problem with this answer?

No i dont have a problem with this answer i was just wondering if you could really be a
female riolu without cheating. People said you could so i was wondering if you could for
