I completed it though it took a while i need help with quicksand pit now

Remember to take plenty of items. Reviver seeds if you have them, oran berries, and maybe
a couple of apples. Most of the pokemon in quicksand pit are ground, rock or steel type.
Grass is super-effective on ground and rock and fire is super-effective on steel, so make
sure your treeko knows some grass moves and your vulpix knows some fire moves. If you knew
them but forgot them, you can go to electivire link shop and remember them for free. I'd
also recommend your vulpix knows faint attack, it'll be useful when you get to the end of
the dungeon...
