im a riolu level20 my partner is shinx lv21 im at far amp planes and i cant beat the boss and i dont have any cheat device

You can go to the marowak dojo, get a ton of escape orbs, and reedeem them a the recycle shop for a reviver seed. (2 escape orbs for 1 reviver seeds).
