Okay, so in previous games, you can change who the leader is while you are inside a dungeon.... Is that possible in Explorers of the Sky? If so, when??? I rrreeeaaallllyyy wanna/need to know! Any suggestions/answers are helpful!

How/when does it evolve? Mine's lvl 58, has 4 1/2 IQ stars and I have a Reaper Cloth, but it hasn't evolved yet. Answers? :/
