Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers Of The Sky Review

This game is the third of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games. It is like the sequel of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time and Darkness. The best part about this game is that there are completely no humans in the storyline or anywhere in the game, and that you are a Pokemon not controlled by a Pokemon trainer. This game is unique because its in the first series of Pokemon that you aren't a human. Because of that reason this game is way better than others.. This game is more of the improved version of the two prequel's, with a bit more storyline added to it. In this game they included two of the legendaries they didn't add in the prequel ; Shaymin, and Arceus. In the prequel there were twelve parts in this game there are thirteen, a small easy extra after beating the game.

7Story line
At the beginning of the game you wake up on the beach with only a memory of a name and knowing you were before a human. After you meet up with a cowardly Pokemon and you find the truth about your past. So its just like the prequel. But in this game only you get 3 other Pokemon to be your charecter..
The graphics are good for a DS game and for a Pokemon game on DS. But, you always get the feeling it could be better!! Sometimes you cannot even tell what Pokemon is on the screen. The times the graphics are good are for the small cutscenes, and when you use an attack.(special effects is what I mean
In this game there is tons of music being played throughout the game. There is almost no point in the game where there is no music being played. Only those weird random dramatic parts where its just complete silence. Whats really annoying is when the Pokemon talk and it makes a weird sound.
Considering you get to be a Pokemon for once is good enough for me. But unlike the other games , you REALLY need items. Because unlike capturing its battle. In this game there is no Pokemart its the Kecleon Market, ran by two kecleons. Although you need money which is often obtained in dungeon.
7Lasting Appeal
This game would appeal to anybody. Although after you complete the storyline there is nothing to do. But this game would keep you busy for a few days. but once you finished it there are a few things to do but it wouldn't be as fun without the storyline. Not any real excitment sadly.
(Out of 10)
