You might want to get to level 45; I beat him at your level, but I did most of the
attacking while Diagla was asleep...oh! That's another thing, bring sleep seeds or learn
the move 'Sleep' or 'Yawn'. Then UNLEASH YOUR STRONGEST ATTACKS! Plus every time you faint
you level a little when you go back up to him! >_>

Level up to at least lvl. 53 and above. Dialga is lvl. 53. bring sleep seeds. when you are
at the battle start by throwing a sleep seed. if it works use your strongest attacks if
not try again.

Ok all you do is stock up on Reviver seeds and other seeds like stun and sleep seeds.Oh,
and if you need to train just leave. I did it and I've beat the game, got to lv. 100 and
recruited Dialga and Palkia. Just keep trying
