just go and get lapras (Raise to lvl 12) and surf to isla mikan

i dont no i tried.........keep trieing

there is three trainers and i do not no da rest............

its very funny, if you surf with lapras into the middle of that little lake inside of the
wall, you are taken to the entrance i tried a lot of times but i never found her... :((

Go to her gym, she'll give you a quest to do and you have to fight about 3 trainers. Then
you have to catch her on her Blastiose. The easy way to do this is to go in the opposite
direction. I suggest you train your pokemon up to level 25 and face her with electric
pokemon. If you don't want to wait to raise there levels use the rarecandy in pc cheat
