Unregistered 0	0 ill tell you 1st go talk to traci and he'll push you back and say you'll need permission then go back to ivy's lab and talk to the second girl. Now, go back to tracy and he'll let you in. then you'll have to batlle his venonat and marrill. if you beat him then walk up the the lapras and you'll get him after you heal him at a pokemon canter.
