You know the Statue of Palkia in Eterna City(i think) Well, Walk at the back of Palkia's Statue. Face the middle of the back of the statue and press A. You found the hidden Draco Plate! Give it to Dragon Pokes to enhance their power, or give it to Arceus(Plates are suppost to be for him) |
