o.k. first you have to get the two pokemon you want to lvl up and put them in your party then you have to put both of them in the daycare. next you have to go to ironworks witch is not too far north from the daycare. once there you might have to beat a couple trainers if you havent been their before then in there you will find a arrow panel that will spin you back 13 steps. now this is the good part, put a piece of tape over the down control arrow on your DS then hook your DS to your charger and leave it therover night or for a couple days. depending on the time you let it sit thats how strong it will be.
