no u dont complete da sinnoh dex after u get the nationl dex he gives u the poke ra dar wit it

Sandslash:in ma leafgreeni found it just trainin then migrated
Dugtrio: found it 2 in leafgreen
fearow: found it in diamond on bottom of survival area
vileplume and bellossom: both by pokeradar
lotad and linoone: found it in ruby & emerald
