to activate the code, go to the mining museum, press L and R, talk to the man at the desk, and he'll give you the glitch egg
now that you have the glitch egg, her's the unbelievable shadow luigi glitch:
1.make luigia the first pokemon on your team
2.put the glitch egg somewhere else on your team
3.battle the elite four, when you beat cynthia, the glitch egg will look like a black lugia in the hall of fame.
