Okay, you have to have beaten the e4 and national dex for this. Go to victorie road. Enter from the pokemon league side. You must have a pokemon that knows dig. Go into the cave. Walk down until you reach the beginning of the cave. now use dig and you will end up back at the end. reapeat this without healing or going anywhere else. On the third time go back in.at the end there should be another door near thhe entrance. Go inside. a guy will be there. Fight him. He has all three starter pokemon in third evolution all level 70. if you beat him he will give you 1500pokemon cash.This only happens once.
