scaling walls

does anyone know how 2 scale the walls with the pokemon move?whats it called and where do u find it?

Scalling Walls

To scale walls you must get rock climb. Go to the mountains were the blizards kick up
until you find a man in a house, who is looking for his HM. Go in the back of his house
and you will see an item. Go back and show the man and he will let you keep the HM. PLUS
he will give you the Icicle Plate, wich will increase your ice attacks.
