Be more specific please? where underground? do I need to accomplish something or have a
certain amount of people underground?

in the underground you can dig up spheres, fossils, and even items. i actually dig because
i want heart scales. there are common, but not as common as other items. once you find one
heart scale, you're bound to find another one

Use the Explorer Kit to go Underground. When you walk around for a while you will see tiny
yellow shiny dots on the top of your DS screen. Go to the yellow dots and touch the touch
screen. Wherever you see the yellow dots on your touch screen, press A on the wall. You
can dig from there.

i found by touching the bottom screen, it works likes raydar the markers appear faster,
and it shows traps on the floor as well. (just in case your might not know) click select
just before the trap to collect
