fight cyrus in their hidout then you go to mount coronet i hope this help you.
you have to go to veilstone and go to see Cyrus in the Galactic HQ, he will say something
about Mt. Coronet. Go to the top of Mt. Coronet and defeat the two commanders when you
team up with your rival. Defeat Cyrus and defeat/catch Dialga. You will the be able to go
to Sunyshore.
