could anyone tell me exactly where i can find a feebas and when

Well...


There is no when because you can catch one as soon as you can go to snowpoint city. Where
is in the cave there is like a lake. You have to fish for it. Like in emerald and such it
will be limited to a few space ( for pearl it`ll be exactly 2). The location are diferent
for everyone.

I thought it was in that big pond in Mt. Coronet.
And I also thought it was 4 spaces?
But it doesnt matter for me much....

i never tried it but my friend says its in the 2 ponds in celestic city ... but like i
said i never tried it so hope you have luck

Im not certian this is it but try going to pastoria city and looking next to the marsh
entrance. If there is a team galactic grunt there talk to him and follow him. If there
isnt, I cant help you.

you haf 2 find galactic grunt dude outside marsh entrance. if hes no dere u hav to go
right and through da gate thing and hee should B dere 4 u. follo him to otha side of da
place close to da beech.
