how do you make a wardrobe?

if anyone knows how to make a wardrobe please tell me. i tried it from super cheats but it didn't work.

well, here's what I know.

The only alternate clothes you can get in the game are in contests. You are given a tuxedo
(m) or a dress (f) that you wear during pokemon contests. Was that helpful?
