That way it won't escape and it will fight. It's easier that you use 'False Swipe' and
moves that causes Pokemon to sleep . You should able to catch it.

Then you should have razor claw, it makes your pokemon sometimes go before the other. I
used a Bronzong i caught at the Mt. and used block. Use Ultra balls and timer balls, but
you can't switch your pokemon or else block will stop.

i accidently killed it after uising palkias dragon claw so dont ask me
