when you do this a amn will come up to you outside the battle tower and say that he has

will then give you the azure flute and say that you will know what to do with it. so heres
the thing you must got to the spear pillar and equip it to either chansey or blissey and
place them first in your team after they have played it you will hear a loud rumbling and
stairs will come down on you travel to the top and you will be gifted with a chance to try
and catch a lvl 50 arceus but dont be fooled he is incredibly hard to catch. and do not
forget to save the game before you try to catch him or else you will only have the one
chance to try and catch him. so good luck.
