I found the 6th gym!Okay, so get the hidden move Surf from the fith gym and go to Jublife City. there is a dock on the other side of a corridoor on the third street. Go there. Go over the bridge and use surf. there is another island there. get on. There is a traier there you can avoid him by going around him slowly. There is another corridoor. Go through that.
