Ok Go to Dawn's house in Sandgem town and talk to her little sister. She'll be like this, "Let's see...What did the news say again?" Then she will say a route or place and she'll say a bunch of pokemon are there. For Example, "Valley Windworks! They said there was a bunch of ELECTRYKE there!" talk to her everyday until she says where there are Mothim.
