go to suny shore city then go to the bottom left corner of the city and go through the building in the corner exit the building from the other side and use the vs seeker to battle all the trainers and your pokemon will level up eventually/thats what i did with my jirachy and now hes level 98

i just trained them, my torterra is level 90. it rocks, beat the e4 4 times. 2 times for the heck of it. its fun. what i really recomand is battle trainers all over the place. also you can battle random pokemon too

easy go to victory road and level them up there thats how i got my infernape level 87
