its been so long since i completed pearl i lost it so i brought a new pearl, ive got 7 badges, it wont let me in the lake near pastoria city, and the man wid the card key int outside the veilstone base yet

its been so long since i completed it aswell i cant remember what to do sorry but i think you get the card key from a galactic guy outside the galactic place in veilstone on the right not the warehouse but the other building if thats what your talking about

well, ive just beaten the 7th gym leader, at the lake near pastoria the two scientists are still there and wont let me in, i can enter the other lakes but no ones there, the guy outside of the veilstone galactic HQ who givs my the card key isnt there yet, i cant remember wat to do
