is there a way (without action replay or trading) to get a dialga on pokemon pearl and vice versa?

Secret - Here is how to get Dialga:


If you have leaf green or fire red and you complete the gameget every pokemon in the pokedex: kanto and national and go to the eterna forest you will see a part of the forest you never seen beforego there and
you will see Dialga in the middle of the part of the new forest
