Walkthrough - Some tips and rare pokemon

 Rival - To battle your rival after you beat the elite four, go to the fight area on a
weekend and look for him. If you chose piplup as your starter pokemon, he will have a
level 68 Staraptor, a level 74 Torterra, a level 70 Snorlax, a level 70 Heracross, a level
69 Rapidash and a level 69 Floatzel. I chose a piplup so that's how I know, but if you
chose chimchar or turtwig, I don't know what he will have. Sorry.

Giratina - If you want the legendary Giratina, you have the National Dex. Then you have to
go to Veilstone City and go south onto Route 214. The road will go two ways, but you have
to go the way with a bunch of white fences everywhere in random places, which is the path
on the right. After going there, stay as close to the woods on the right as possible.
There should be a little path that wasn't there when you didn't have the national dex. It
won't be too hard to find a cave entrance called Turnback cave. Just take any random path
and hope to find three pillars. After you find them, any path will lead to Giratina.

Heatran - After you beat the elite four and got the national dex, go to the Survival Area.
Then, go east onto Route 226 and then north on 227 to get to Stark Mountain. You will meet
a really rude guy called Buck, and to get Heatran, you have to guide Buck through Stark
Mountain. He will steal the treasure at the end and then leave. Go back to the survivor
area and go into every house. Buck will be in one of them and he will be talking to his
grandpa about putting the treasure back. Then go back to where the treasure was and
Heatran is there instead.

Mesprit, Uxie, Azelf - Go to Aucity Lake near Snowpoint city for Uxie, Lake Valor near
Pastoria City for Azelf, and Lake Verity near Twinleaf Town for Mesprit. Mesprit will run
away when you get near, so go to Jubilife City and go to the Poketch Company to get an app
for tracking Mesprit.

Cresselia - Go to Canalave City after getting the national dex and go to that guy who
sails you to Iron Island. I can't remember if he's outside or not, but if he is not by his
boat he is inside his house, which is right nearby. He will sail you to Fullmoon Island.
Cresselia will be on that island inside the forest. It will run away, so go to the Poketch
Company to get the app for tracking pokemon.

Riolu/Lucario - Go to Canalave City and go to a sailor south of the gym. He will ask you
if you want to go to Iron Island. Say yes and then go into the old abandoned mine. It is
at least 90% of the island, so it will be easy to find. When you go in, take the right
path. Follow the road to an elevator and go down. Once you are lower, go to the left path.
A guy named Riley will ask to tag team with you. Say yes, and then go to the end of the
cave. Team Galactic will be there, so you have to beat them. After that, Riley will give
you a riolu egg. Hatch it, then become friends with it and make it level up in the day. It
will evolve into Lucario.

Rotom - To get Rotom, get the national dex and go to the Eterna Forest. There is a mansion
at the end and Gardenia will be there. She doesn't do anything but tell you ghost stories.
Just go into the mansion. The easiest way is to just do it at night. Go to the second
floor and go to the door that's facing forward. There will be five doors and you will be
facing one. Go to the door to the right of the door you're facing. It will have a tv. If
you press a right next to it, it will ask if you want to thump it. Say yes, and rotom will
appear.

Regigigas - To get Regigigas, get Regice, Regirock, registeel, the national dex and you
have to beat the elite four. Go to Snowpoint City and go to the Snowpoint Temple at the
back of the city. The gaurd will deem you worthy to go in and will let you pass. Make sure
the three regi's are in your party before you go in. Go to the very bottom of the Temple
and there will be a statue of Regigigas. It is a normal type, but I was confused at first
because I thought it was grass and electric or something. It has the ability slow start,
so it's attack andspeed will be cut the first five turns.

Manaphy/Phione - To get Manaphy, get pokemon ranger and do the special mission. Transfer
the Manaphy egg and hatch it on Pokemon Pearl. To get Phione, put Manaphy and Ditto in the
Pokemon Daycare and leave them there until there's an egg. Hatch it to get a phione.
