Walkthrough - Here is a on how to get Shaymin and Darkrai.

 All you need to do is select walk-through-walls on your AR and start your game. Darkrai:
After you have gotten the national dex go to the place where the man took you to where
crescelia was and then when you are on the island dont go into the little room where
crescelia was and then go right across the ocean and in no time there will be the island
where Darkrai is. (Use your bike and it will be a lot faster.) 
Shaymin: Go to the elite 4 and look at your map. Do you see where it has the lines for
more routes after the elite 4. Go on those routes until you see a big boulder that is
white. Go straight up and then there will be a island that is very long with flowers all
over it. Get on your bike once you are on the islnad and go straight up because it will
take a long time. After a while you come to the main part of the island and you see
Shaymin in about the middle of the island. Darkrai is a lv.40 and Shaymin is at lv. 30.
(P.S. I would use the 999 master ball cheat so that you can get these legendaries easily.)
