How to get all the Pokemon:
Sorry, you cannot get all in Pokemon Diamond.
You have to trade Pokemons from your GBA Pokemon games.
You can catch all of the 4th generation monsters, but just
about 50 original Hoenn, Kanto, Johto pokemon.
You can change the time in the game by simply doing the following.
When you start the DS go into the options and click the clock option
then click the button that looks like a clock (not the alarm clock, thats
the alarm) and change the time to what you would like. This cheat
makes it much easier to catch night and day pokemon without having
to wait a set amount of time.

Cross-eyed Golem:
When you battle the Elite 4, get to the second member. Battle until she sends out her
Golem. Use Grass Knot on it. When the little circles appear, Golem will turn cross-eyed
and remain that way the rest of the battle.

Duplicate items:
To perform this trick you must have a Pokemon that knows Thief, and a Ditto. Enter a
double battle with a Ditto without an item and a Pokemon holding the item you want to
duplicate. Make Ditto transform into the Pokemon holding the item. . Switch the Pokemon
holding the item with the Pokemon that knows Thief. Use Thief on Ditto. Win the Pokemon
battle. The Thief Pokemon now has a duplicate of the item.

Go underground, start digging and hit anywhere with the pick once. Press:L, L, L, R, R, R,

National Dex/Completing the Shinou Dex
Luckily, in this game, all you have to do to complete the Shinou Dex is SEE all the
Pokemon in the Dex, as opposed to catching them like in previous games. And once you see
all the Pokemon, you unlock the National Dex. There are 151 Pokemon in the Shinou Dex, but
not all the new Pokemon are included in it.

Phione Breed a Manaphy and a Ditto. When you hatch the egg, it will be a Phione. The
National Dex is required. Phione will not evolve into a Manaphy.
Regigigas Trade Regirock, Regice, and Registeel from Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald
and keep them in your team. Then, go to Kissaki Temple to catch Regigigas.
Rotomu Go to the Hakutai House at night and go to the television. A wild Rotomu will
appear.
Ryperior Get a Rhydon, equip it with the Protector, and do a link trade. It should evolve
into Ryperior.

Complete the indicated task to earn stars and change the color of your trainer card.
Unlockable: How to Unlock:
Black Trainer Card (five stars) Win 100 times in a row at the Battle Tower.
Blue Trainer Card (one star) Defeat the Elite Four.
Bronze Trainer Card (two stars) Win all of the Master Rank Contests.
Gold Trainer Card (four stars) Capture 482 different Pokemon.
Silver Trainer Card (three stars) Complete the Underground Flag mini-game with friends.

Lucario
To get Lucario, go to Mt. Iron and search for a guy named Riley. After you teamed up with
him, go search for two Team Galactic Grunts. (afcourse you have to fight with them.) After
you beat them, you get an egg from Riley. Hatch it to get a Riolu, then evolve it to a
Lucario. (It will only evolve at daylight)

Pok魯n Masks
To get the three starter pok魯n masks, first talk to the old lady on the first floor
of the Veilstone Department Store. She will give you the Turtwig Mask. Then go to Pastoria
City. Talk to a girl with blond hair. She will give you the Piplup mask. Finally go to
Jubilife City. Go to the Jubilife TV building. Then go to the second floor. Talk to a man
with sunglasses. He will give you the Chimchar mask. I hope you like it!

Hints, Tips & Tricks
Starting Pokemon
The starters are Naetle, Hikozaru, and Pochama in the Japanese version of the game. Naetle
is Grass tpe with the ability Overgrow. Hikozaru is a fire chimp with Blaze. Pochama
resembles a penguin with Torrent, just like the Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald
starters.

All Pokemon
You cannot catch all Pokemon in this game. You must trade them from your Game Boy Advance
Pokemon games. In this game, you can get all the fourth generation Pokemon, but only about
fifty original Hoenn / Kanto / Johto Pokemon.

Hatching eggs quickly
While still in Solaceon town, get on the far right side of the path next to the Pokemon
Center. Simply ride your bike in the fastest gear up and down until you hit a tree or
mountain and repeat. You must have done at least 400 steps each "lap" and get a egg or get
one to hatch more quickly than riding elsewhere.

Master Ball
To get free Master Balls, go to Floroma City. Go to the house next to the Pokecenter. Save
the game before you talk to a man on a laptop. Talk to him and bring him the Pokemon
before 1 a.m. If you bring him the Pokemon he will give you any Pokeball. If you did not
get a Master Ball, turn off the game and try again.

Mystery Gift
At the Jubilife television station, talk to anyone you see. If you find the person enter
"EVERYBODY HAPPY". Then for the WiFi people enter "WI-FI CONNECTION". Those will get you
Pokemon such as Arceus, Shaymin, and Darakai. Note: You must have a WiFi or DS wireless
link cable.

Easy experience
Spend your money on any desired item. Go to the Pokemon League and keep fighting the Elite
Four until you lose. You will have gained, then lost a small amount of money but your
Pokemon might have leveled up. If not, level up. You can buy a lot of Revives and Potions
to use to get to the last of the Elite Four and they might just be level up.

Polishing your Badges
Open your Trainer card menu. Open your badge case and rub the stylus over the badges that
you have won from the gym leaders. They will become shiny after a good polishing. Also,
each badge makes a different noise, allowing you to play them like an instrument.

Calculator sound
Use the calculator on the Poketech. If you get an answer to a problem it will make a sound
oise corresponding to the number/Pokemon in the Pokedex, but only if you have seen that
Pokemon.

Tricking the clock
Because the in-game clock is in sync with your Nintendo DS and since certain events only
happen every once in a while, there is a simple but not-so-obvious solution -- just adjust
your DS clock. For example, the guard in the Pokemon Mansion is guarding the Bronze Statue
around the clock, but he takes a break between 2 and 5 a.m. Just adjust your clock to that
time and he will be gone. You can also do this to speed up berry production by jumping a
few days back and forth.

Chatot: Chatter
If you do a bit of exploring and talking to people, you will eventually encounter someone
who says that Chatot can learn human words. Once you obtain one (after trading with a girl
in an early town) and get it to about level 20, it will learn the move Chatter. As they
said, it can indeed learn human words. Once it learns Chatter, go to your Pokemon menu and
select "Chatot". It will show Chatter along with summary, switch, and etc. From here,
press A and record what you want to say in the DS mic. Not only will Chatot say what you
said whenever you use the move Chatter, but it will become its cry. Note: This is not
permanent, so you can change its Chatter as often as desired. Also, the speech will be
slightly distorted so it will not sound exactly as you said it. The recorded sound lasts
for only one day, so you will have to re-record it.

Amity Square Park items
In Amity Square Park in Hearthhome City, walk 200 steps, then talk to your Pokemon. It
should be holding an item. Also, if you try to go in without a cute Pokemon, the man at
the entrance will tell you which Pokemon are allowed.

Special items
Catch a Pokemon that knows the move Trick, then go to a Pokemon such as Bidoof or Starly.
The Pokemon that knows the move Trick must have an item. Then, use the move Trick on the
Pokemon and you will rarely get an item.

Underground
If someone is in your Secret Base and you are about to go back up to the surface, tell
them first. If you go back up to the surface when someone else is in your Secret Base, it
takes them back to the menu of the game, and they will lose all of the progress they made.

Transferring Pokemon
When you transfer Pokemon from Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red, Leaf Green,or Emerald,
they can never go back to their original game. Do not transfer every Pokemon in the boxes
you see. Make sure you leave at least some Pokemon with high levels and medium levels so
you can still catch the strong Pokemon such as like legendaries.

Beating Gym Leaders The Easy Way
Here are some couple of Pok魯n types you can use at the Gym Leaders of Sinnoh:
Roark: Fighting, Water, Grass, Ground. (there is a Machop at route 204)
Gardenia: Fire, Flying, Ice.
Maylene: Psychic, Flying. (I recommend a Noctowl, wich I used)
Wake: Electric, Grass, Dragon (because he has a Gyarados)
Fantina: Anyone will work, only thing you need to do is train a lot
Byron: Grass, Water, Fighting, Fire.
Candice: Fire, Dragon, Ground.
Volkner: No hints for that one.

Evolve Pok魯n With Love
If you aren't very succesfull at evolving pok魯n that need love (Budew, Buneary,
Happiny and more.) or if you're too lazy, try this. Catch the pok魯n in a luxury
ball, than give it a soothe bell. then train it till it evolves.

How to get papal
Pal Park will be on route 221 when you get the National Dex.

How to get strong pokemon
Just keep on raising your pokemon to a certain level.

Easy level ups for weak pokemon
To get weak pokemon up quickly you have 4 options.leave them in the day care and pay 100 +
100 per every level grow or put an exp share on the weak pokemon and put a strong pokemon
at the front of your party and battle high level pokemon or put the weak pokemon at the
front of the party and switch him out for a stronger pokemon next turn or trade pokemon
with a friend and you both say to level those up to a certain level (traded pokemon get
boosted exp per battle).

Regigigas
On emerald or ranger catch all three regis and trade them to pearl regigigas will appear
on sinnoh.

Television pokemon
Go to the Old Chateau between the hours of 10pm and 4am. Walk into any room with a
television and look at the screens *(click "a" so your person "looks" at the screen)*.
There is a possibility that a strange pokemon jumps out at you. This pokemon looks like a
little electric castform.

If you are wondering how to get a drifloon and have been looking everywhere, well here is
the arwser to your problems, all you have to do is on a friday (and it has to be friday or
else it is not there)go to the vally windworks and he will be there. He will be staying
like legendry pokemon are! and that my friends is the way to get a drifloon!

How to get a shiny gyarados easily
Go to varity lakefront after you have court azelf, uxie and mespirt and use super rod, it
could takle a few times but it is by far the quickest way, it only took me 20 mins to get
him, just make sure it's a super rod or it doesn't work!

The best pokemon to start with is Empoleon in the end it's the best.

Secrets
The secret of the unown chamber
In solacain town's chamber with the unown i figured out the secret on how to cath all the
types of unown. So here it is in each of the big chambers you can catch a noun A,E,I,O,U
and in each of the small chambers with one rock you can catch all the other letters. But
remember you can only catch one type of unown in each chamber.

Daycare
Put your pokemon in the daycare in Solaceon Town. Go outside onto the dirt road. Go all
the way to the right on the dirt road and get on your bike. Go straight up until you hit a
dead end. Then go straight down until you hit a dead end. If you have the poketch app
daycare checker, now is the time to use it. After you go up and down a few times click on
the screen with the poketch app daycare checker. If you have higher level pokemon, you
will have to run longer.
Trust me it works! I grew my pokemon from level 40-45 in less than an hour by using this.

A strange way to get a Nosepass....
Catch a male and female Marril. Breed them with one holding a Sea Incense. They should
make an egg sooner or later... Hatch it and it should be a Nosepass (I have no idea what
they were thinking....

Around 2-5 am, the guard goes on break and you can go to the statue and get fingerprints
on it, since the game time is in sync with the ds time, just change the time in the ds to
make it morning.

When you get the Azure Flute to get arceus (get the mystery gift for the flute) the flute

Easy way to beat battle tower
If you have high level pokemon on any gba games...... get them all together migrate them
to pokemon pearl catch them and chalenge battle tower using the high lvl pokemon best off
using the starter pokemon to gain an advantage.

Collecting All Unown
If you have collected all unowns, go to ruin maniacs tunnel. Go straight in the tunnel and
you'll end up in the opening near solaceons tunnel.

Glitches
No grass in the grass
When u walk in the grass below veilstone were there is long grass were a collector guy is
if u walk to the end of the grass by the rocky wall thing there is grass but u r not
walking in it. Also when u run to the left or right or in the middle the collector guy
will look were u r runnning. its really messed up.

Glich City!!! *any city (maybe)*
For example: in Jublife City and Calacave City, you got to enter this hall-like room where
you can get the good rod. If you have an action replay, put the run or walk anywhere code.
Walk/run though the trees next to the the room, turn around, and repeat the same thing.
There you have Jublife City... Glich style!!! Oh, if you do this with a bike, after you
get off of your bike, you'll turn into a glich box!!!

Go underground then bury (ex.green 12 ) on top of another green sphere & keep on doing

How to get a shiny gyarados
Once you have got the national dex and got a super rod in fight area you go to any lake
that the water is not moving use the super rod then a shiny gyarados will apear in lv 30

Lots-o-money
O.K. first you need the national pokedex, to get it you need to see all 150 sinnou
pokemon.I know it sounds hard but it is'nt.ANYWAY a new area will open up called Spring
Path.Its kinda hard to get throu it but it all pays off because you can catch a pokemon
called GIRATINA.It's at lv.70.After you catch or deafeat it(I would catch it)and enter a
nother tunnel(dont leave the cave)go back to the spot where Giratina was and you'll find a
Rare Bone.It sells for 5000 bucks! If you go back and forth there will be a RareBone each
time.Thats alot of money.

How to catch a secret pokemon
First, you will need a pokemmon that knows cut.
Next, go to Eterna city and go to the Eterna Forest.
Then, go up and you will see a tree that you can cut cut it.
Now,go up you will see a building go in it.
Next,up stairs and go to the middle door and go through it.

Prize Garden Secrets
First you have to see all 150 pokemon and beat the elite four to get the national pokedex.
After that go south of Hearthrome city to Mr. Backlot's house and talk to him. Every day
he'll say a new rare pokemon (example:porygon) will come up and kiss him. For the next
two days, that pokemon will appear in his garden.

How to capture mesprit the easiest way
When u have got all the 8 badges you go to jublife citi then talk to the poketch
presendent 7 times h'ill give u a marking spot in the poketch the go to twinleaf town and
verity lake surf go on the cave then talk to mesprit, mesprit will disapear then profesor
rowan will come and say something then in your marking spot there is a map drown there
will be a picture of mesprit some where u cant fly to catch it so go bettween two routs
then keep going on one rout then the othere rout until mesprit is in the place where u
are, go to the grasss mesprit will be waiting in lv 50 becareful it keeps on fleding so

Getting a shiny pokemon
To catch a shiny pokemon.First you will have to go to any patch of grass .Then you will
keep on wealking around until you find one.If you don't know what a shiny pokemon is it is
basically just a pokemon with a different color than the original one.But don't gets your
hopes high because finding a shiny pokemon is really hard.Theres a 1/8192 chance of you
finding'one. Always keep some pokeballs with you just incase you see one because or else
it's really gonna make you upset.To this day i haven't even seen one.But there is another
way to get a shiny pokemon. Just go to the global trade center and every time you look for
a pokemon look at the picture and check to see if it is a diiferent color than the
original.If you do get one think of it as a trophy .

How to get a Leafeon
Well, first you get an eevee and level it up. Once it does start to evolve press b to make
it stop. Then go to Eterna Forest and go to that mossy boulder. Battle random pokemon
around it until your EXP. points fills up, make sure you battle with EEVEE. Then you're
eevee will evolve into a Leafeon.

Shaymin: Action Replay
You'll need an action replay to do this. get on the action replay with pokemon pearl or
diamond version in the action replay. Go to codes and go down to go through anything to
anywhere. Choose which ever one.(does not matter which one) Fly to pokemon leage. Go to
route 224. Go to the place where theres a strange rock that will say: The surface is
unmarked. It is polished like a mirror. Then go strait forward,(remeber the action replay
cheat code) Go strait forward and you will end up on Seabreak Path. Seabreak Path is a
long path just keep on going strait and you will end up in flower Paradise. Go up the
stairs, you will see a Shaymin. Save your game and battle! The Shaymin is Lvl 30.

Unlock Manaphy (Pokemon Ranger)
Very many pokemon fans have wanted a chance to capture one of the rarest pokemon in sinnoh
MANAPHY, but due to the fact that pokemon diamond and pearl do not have any availible
manaphy in the ENTIRE GAME. So the easiest way for you to get a manaphy is for you to get
the game Called POKEMON RANGER. This game has a mission that is available for you to play
after you do a few things.
(1) Beat the Pokemon Ranger game.
(2) On the ranger net screen hold the buttons R, X, and the D-PAD LEFT (if you beat the
game you will know what the ranger net is).
(3) When the screen says enter password, input P8M2-9D6F-43H7 (Cap-sense is on).
(4) Then at the special missions screen you will see a mission called RESCUE THE EGG. Tap
on it then do the mission and get the egg, this will not be easy and will take a lot of
time and effort but it all pays off at the end.
(5) Borrow (or buy) a second Nintendo DS and the copy of Pokemon Diamond or Pearl you want
the Manaphy on. The second DS should have Pokemon Ranger inserted. Go to the Ranger net
with the Ranger DS and tap on CHECK THE EGG and then tap SEND MESSAGE. If your
Diamond/Pearl DS is close enough to receive the message, you will get the Manaphy egg
traded to you.
Addendum:
1. Turn on your other DS with the D/P cart.
2 Select the option to transfer Manaphy.
3. Do the wireless ok's and what not.
4 Go to the nearest mart with 5 pokemon or less to pick up your egg.

Hint - GBA Unlockable Pokemon
When you have different GBA Cartridges in your GBA Slot (FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby,
Sapphire or Emerald) you can catch wild Pokémon in different locations, relevant to the
GBA game you have inserted. You can get Pokémon like Solrock (Ruby), Lotad (Sapphire),
Weedle (FireRed), Caterpie (LeafGreen) and Gligar (Emerald) this way.
Hint - Locario
After beating the fifth gym leader, you can SURF to the city that is next to Jubilife City
X3. Be sure to have an empty slot in your Pokemon party. When you arrive, go across the
bridge and down to the boats to sail to Iron Mountain.
There is a guy named Riley at the mountain that wants to cross the mountain with you. Take
him along and fight through the mountain until you reach Galactic Grunts 1 and 2. Riley
has a L34 Lucario. The grunts have a Glameow and Goldbat. Provided you win, Riley will
give you an egg that hatches into an L1 Roilu after you travel 6500 steps (or so).
You can clear the step counter application for the Poketech and use that to count your
steps. Roilu is the pre-evolved form of Lucario and when it loves you in the day time it
will evolve. Feed Roilu its favorite flavor (Poffin) or train it to L30. If you have the
friend application, check that to see if Roilu likes you or not.

Hint - Giratina
This Pokemon is available after getting national pokedex. A new area will appear near
veilstone. Go there go through the cave at the end of the lake (spring path) and there is
a cave called Turnback cave with nothing but ghost Pokemon. There will be room after room
after you go past the first two pillars and get to the third go to the room to the left
and there will be Giratina you only have one chance of catching so save the game first
before you fight.

Hint - Cresselia
First, go to Canalave City (Cresselia is in both Diamond and pearl versions). Look for the
boy in Sailor Eldritch's house. Talk to the boy in bed and he will be saying something in
his sleep, something about Darkrai.
Talk to the mother next to the boy in bed. Next go outside of the house and talk to the
sailor next to the ship that takes you to Iron Island. He will say something about a
Crecent Wing. Then he takes you to an island. On the island, there should be a clearing,
go into it. Then you should see a pink-yellow pokemon.
Talk to it, and it will appear on your screen and will be added to your pokedex. then it
will disappear. Its kindda like catching Mesprit.
If you did not get the pokemon leauge or get all the pokemon in the Shinoh Pokedex, you
cannot catch Cresselia. Now if you did not get the pokefinder application, it will be much
more difficult to catch Cresselia.
This is how you get the app, you have to go to the Poketech company in Jublife City, talk
to theman next to the desk on the FIRST FLOOR, He gives you like 6 or 7 apps, the
pokefinder app is the second or third one he gives you, YOU CAN GET THEM ALL IN THE SAME
DAY! Now, good luck catching Cresselia, oh and one more thing, i think altering between
route 205 and the Valley Windworks isthe best way to use. And you should stock up on MANY
quickballs. Happy hunting!

Easter Egg - Medal Duster
Go to your Trainer Card (Right under BAG in the in-game Menu). Go tap the little square
under the section "GYM LEADERS." You then will see all your medals. The more close to a
dark bluish color, the more dusty they are. The more close to a white color, the more
clean they are. To dust them off, simply rub the medal with your stylus for a while. It
will gradually go from Dark Blue to White to Sparkling.

Hint - Rotom
Rotom, can be found in the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest. If you've been inside, you've
might have seen a ghost or two there. Now you must have the Nationel Pokedex to get Rotom.
When you go to Eterna Forest the Gym leader of Eterna (she'll be at the front of the Old
Chateau) she'll tell you about a mysterious pokemon found inside, she'll than leave.
Go inside to the secound floor, than go through the center room, than go to the secound
last room on the left. They'll be a tv inside, go up to it and talk to it. It'll say
theres a pokemon visible inside. It'll than give you the option of thumping the tv, put
yes and you'll enter a battle with Rotom. Its level 15 so it should be easy to catch with
a couple of ultra balls.
If it doesn't work when you go to the tv, you'll need to see the two ghosts of the Old
Chateau first. The first one is on the first floor. When you enter the Old Chateau, talk
to the statue near the center room, than enter the center room. You should see a ghost of
an old man across the room, it'll than float away.
The second ghost can be found on the secounf floor. Go up stairs to the center room. Head
to the seound last room of the right and enter. You should see a girl in the other room,
she'll then leave the room. Leave the room and than go back to the tv room. You should now
be able to get Rotom.
Hint - Mining Clue
When you get the explorer kit from the old man in Eterna city (the house beside the
pokemon center) use it and go underground. On your upper DS screen there are yellow
glowing dots flashing on and off. Go up to one on the upper screen and look at the bottom
screen. Click on your bottom screen to search for the glowing dot. When you find a glowing
dot (only in walls) go up to it and click A. Then you will be in the digging screen, And
use the hammer or pick axe. When you dig you will see 4 layers:
A rock
A dark brown spot
A lighter brown spot
the wall (which is un brake-able)
when you see a light brown layer with a crack in it, look carefully through that crack. If
it has a white spot ignore it (wall). If the spot has a different color click the spot
because something is hidden there.
