Pokemon Platinum Cheats

At the Resort Area you will see this fat guy sitting in a pool. Talk to him and he will say something about a king of the sea or something. What he is really talking about is that if you fish at a certain part of the Resort Area, VERY strong Magikarp will appear. My highest catch was a lvl 69 Magikarp! My friend claimed to get a lvl 78 one! The certain area is on a bridge in the middle of the Resort Area! Catch him like a normal Magikarp! No Masterballs needed!
P.S This is true because it says it in THE POKEMON PLATINUM OFFICIAL GUIDE BOOK! So please don't put thumbs down on me saying that I am lieing! :(

- in platinum's resort area you can get Magikarp level 1 to 100 making it the most highest leveled wild pokemon in any game
- your rival in platinum starter pokemon reaches to level 85 at most
- Regigigas has the most learned attacks on lvl 0
- If you transfer a emerald version pokemon in platinum there is a chance the nickname will not appear
- Crystal version is the only game with a non 1 in 8000 chance to get a shiny. instead if you get a special egg called the odd egg there is a 50 percent chance of a shiny

to do the rotom forme event ( secret key) just make sure you have rotom in your party and go to the eternal galatic building. the secret door is beside the yellow and black blinking thing which is right beside the TV on the first floor.

to do the arcues event ( azure flute ) go to the spear pillar were you went in the distortion world and then play the flute

to do the shaymin event ( oaks letter ) just go to route 224 and go to that weird stone professer oak should be there.

to do the darkrai event ( member pass ) go to canalve city and go to harber inn ( the house that has the stuck door)

to do the manaphy event ( manaphy egg)
just simply talk to the green guy and he will give it to you. make sure you have room in your party.

For the walk through walls cheat press R+B to activate press L+B to deactivate it.For the hover cheat it only does it when you run.For the run from battle just run from trainer battle.(these are all tested and work)trust me I am not a liar and these are for U.S. version only.

If you used an action replay to do the Arcues event, then there will be things unlocked.

Before, make sure you have Arcues In your Party

Go to Orebrugh City and go to the Mine. There will be this hiker dude.
He will talk about somthing about how plates are related to sinnoh's myth.
He will give you a flame plate, talk some more, and leave. you can find him again on the second floor of the canalve city library. Then he will talk about sinnoh's myth, then Arcues.

then he will say he wrote books that you can read. on the second floor wear the tall book case with blue books are.

Another one is when if you have Arcues in your party, go to celestic town and go to the cave with the pictures of Mesperit,Uxie,and Azlef. Press A on the wall then cynthia will come. she will say that something she will talk for a while about stuff about sinnoh's myth and how arcues was born in an egg. she after she will apologize how long she talked.

there are maybe more things but those are just the ones i know.

How to get the base form of evolved pokemon that you captured Easy ! You will need a ditto . First put the evolved pokemon on the pokemon day care (ex. fearow ) then add ditto . Walk many steps then talk to the husband of the pokemon day care . He will give you the egg .Again walk many steps so the egg will hatch . Viola !The base form of the pokemon !

When you are in the Torn(Distortion) World,your Giratina will be in its Origin Form.But,Giratina turns back into its Altered Form when in the Real World.After you've defeated the Elite Four, you can go back to Turnback Cave and Giratina will be there in its Altered Form if you had failed to catch it in the Torn World.If you caught it there will be a portal.Go in there.You're in the Torn World!Go where you had battled Giratina in the Torn World.You'll see a Pokeball.The Pokeball is a Griceous Orb.When Giratina holds it,it will be in its Origin Form!If you want Giratina back to its Altered Form,just take the item away.Hope this helps!

If you need a strong pokemon, and you dont have much time to train one alot, after you beat the Elite Four, you have access to the battle area, once you see all the pokemon (you dont have to catch them), you have access to the other two areas. Go to the resort area and go on the bridge with the lake with the tree in the middle in it. Fish with a super rod. You will most likely get high level Magikarps (the highest i ever caught was lvl 87), and catch one. Give it an Exp. Share and battle some people, preferably the ace trainers on route 227. It will only take a level to evolve it to Gyarados. I suggest stopping its evolution for the first few levels, so the pokemon doesnt need as many Exp points to level up. It may take 15 minutes or so, but in a little while of training it you should have a high level Gyarados. Or, a level 100 Gyarados.

After you beaten the second gym leader go down cycling road and to your right there will be trees that you can cut down(must have a Pokemon that knows cut) After you have cut down the trees ride all the down until you get to the cave entrance but don't go in instead go under the cycling road and keep pressing left up and youll enter a secret cave and run around for like 3 minutes and youll find a Gible but this will only work after you have beaten the second gym leader

This how you get it. ( If you want to catch it bring dusk balls with you! )

*In generation 1, there were only 3 dragon types all in the same family and the same went for ghost-types. Coincedentally, they are the only 2 types that are super effective against themselves.
*Generation 3 is the only generation so far with pure steel-types (Not counting Arceus with the steel plate because it's not usually a steel-type).
*Even though dragons breathe fire, there is yet to be a combination of fire and dragon Pokemon.
*There is yet to be a pure Flying-type (Aside from Arceus because it's not normally a flying-type).
*Flying types have been a combination with every other type except for fighting.
*Bibarel is the only non-pure Normal-type that's still weak against fighting-types.
*There are more water-types than any other Pokemon.
*Each pachyderm Pokemon is a ground-type except for Drowzee and Hypno.
*If a Ditto was fighting another Ditto and they couldn't switch out and are still in Ditto form, the battle would never end because they'd keep transforming into each other.

There is 2 regigigas you can get in platinum One from an event and then you have to get all three regis in caves After all that is done hatch an egg like a shinx or something that is from an egg Train it up about to lv3 Get the three regis in your party (you don't have to migrate) at Snowpoint city then go to that temple enter it and then go round untill you are right next to him

Put you lv3 Pokemon at the front of your party and then talk to the lv1 (seriously) regigigas and make sure you have at least 10 dusk balls
