Unlockable - Gameplay Changes

In the world of Pokemon Platinum you can now obtain several new pokemon you couldn't before. In D/P these pokemon were obtained after the player received the National Dex from Rowan. However in Platinum, these post National Dex pokemon can be obtained before the Elite Four!

Unlockable:How to unlock:
EeveeTalk to Bebe at Hearthome
TogepiCynthia will give you an egg after you clear the Galactic Bulding in Eterna City(the man at Hearthome no longer gives you a Happiny egg)
RotomGo to the TV Screen as you would in D/P(at night ONLY)

u can also go to veilstone, talk to a man and he will give u porygon lv 25
