There are 5 Legendary Pokemon that will roam the land of Sinnnoh when the corresponding event (listed below) has been completed Use the Marking Map application on the Poketech to easily track them down

Articuno Lv60 (Ice)
When you have the National Dex go to Pal Park and talk to Prof Oak

Zapdos Lv 60 (Electa)
When you have the National Dex go to Pal Park and talk to Prof Oak

Moltres Lv60 (Fire)
When you have the National Dex go to Pal Park and talk to Prof Oak

Mesprit Lv50 (Psychic)
Find in Lake Verity after battling Giratina

Cresselia Lv50 (Psychic)
Found on Full Moon Island after event with sleeping boy

u can in leaf green and fire red but only one it happens like you start with bulbasaur and once you beat elite four suicune is running around i am not sure which starter equals which legendary but it something like that
