After getting the poktch and battling Giratina Mesprit will be roaming and unlike FR/LF/R/S/E you dont see the roaming pokmon by the pokdex

Poketch App Marking MapAfter winning several gym's go to the jubilife poketch co. building and talk to the owner and he will give you some poketch apps(the marking map is one of those)
