Ok you need a fire red and leaf green gba cartdrige.
go to valley windworks and (with fire red) catch as many elekid and (with leaf green) magby

Unlockable:How
electivireif your lucky a elekid will have a electrizer(or something) trade an electabuzz holding it and it will evolve(electrizer is also found in the overworld)
magmortarsame with electivire exept you need magby's and magmarizer(also found in the overworld)
